I've just picked up Splinter Cell 2... .it makes my head hurt.

I liked SC1. Is Pandora Tomorrow worth picking up or what? The trailers looked sweet...

took me 12 hours to finish though thought it should have taken a bit longer

That was what kind of disappointed me in the first SC. It only took me like half a day from start to finish. I was in a zone tho lol...

Yeah, if you liked the first, then definitely check out the second one.

They've really put a lot of thought into ways to make improvements in his actions and weapons and things like that.

Nothing is taken away, only lots of great new things added...

for example, the level of alarms. If you trip an alarm, the bad guys aren't just alerted, they actually suit up in kevlar... if you manage to avoid them but trip another alarm, then they put on bullet proof helmets as well to avoid headshots.

but if you can stay hidden for a while, the alarm level goes down.

Stuff like that, I love that. It's so much better than just having the bad guys crouch down and go "I know someone's here!"
