'24' season finale last night - GoFuckYourself.com

Don't know how many fans there still are of this show, but I thought the finale was pretty well done. No major cliffhangers this year, just a proper ending of a decent season.

I thought the series jumped the shark about mid-way through, but it picked up once the virus was leaked and Chapelle was whacked by Jack.

Interesting things happening on the casting side.

Michelle and Chase won't be back next season, although they might come back as guest appearances. Same goes for Tony Almeida...he might come back for one or two episodes.

Biggest question mark is Kim...supposedly she is fielding film offers now and deciding on whether she'll come back, and in what capacity...but 'The Girl Next Door' wasn't a huge hit, so she'll probably be back for next season.

President Palmer implied that he's not seeking a second term, but can there really be any other actor playing the President in this series?

I have been addicted to 24 since the first season, but i prefer to wait for the DVD and do a 24 marathon without all the waiting.

I too was wondering what was going to become of the show since they didn't have a huge cliff hanger forshadowing what was going to happen next season.

I hope it comes back.

It's definitely coming back for a 4th season, and I think it's going to be on Monday nights (bad move...Monday Night Football and CSI:Miami on the same night).

Question is, who besides Kiefer is going to be back?

I heard few days ago next seasons "24" won't start till January so as to avoid those long gaps due to sweeps and most award shows, didn't hear anything regarding the cast.
