true, but there seems to be a huge learning curve for how adult realm works for some programmers i think

would be nice to have some talent that has some industry experience

with the volume of traffic that AEBN does, i need programmers that right the most efficient code possible

alot of mainstream programmers don't have the experience with writing high-traffic applications which requires the proper page caching and query caching techniques

Well, Project Managers usually take the project documentation and previsualization and make it happen by coordinating and scheduling tasks between programmers and designers. Also includes making sure deadlines are met. So if you don't have EXPERIENCE managing people or are not familiar with what Project Managers do, don't bother.

Again, I am looking for "cream of the crop" people that have experience working in team environments.
