think about what you want, if you want a huge ass house, take a look at alot of nice expensive homes, same shit with cars, that normally gets me worked up cause there's only one way to get them, and thats $, and ot get the $ you need to work

I look at the stack of bills and the roof over my head it motivates me . lol Seriously I am motivated to work in the summer because I hate the heat, when fall comes I have a hard time its nice and crisp out dont want to stay in the house lol. Its hard when you work at home, thats why next thing of getting a office so we have to go somewhere every day.

I look at sales from a while back and see how bad they were, I then look at sales from the previous 2 months and see how good they are. I want it to stay that way, I wanna make more and more. Usually works for me. :)

I check out my bank account and remember why I work. Keep the money coming in so I can keep nice things around me and do the things that I enjoy without having to worry about the bank account.

I get motivation from the challenges I encounter everyday.

I open my StatsRemote, click on the monthly summary and pretend they were today's stats. That keeps me motivated.

lack of motivation on business related stuff hardly ever happens to me... it's more household related things... especially when i have to deal with deadlines of 10 projects (mostly non-business btw) at the same time... then when i've some spare time, doing dishes of a week is _hard_...
but for me, the laziest situation i can imagine is sitting behind my computer... then work is a small step. when i really don't feel like working proactively i read articles, messageboards etc. which brings me new ideas, which keeps me busy forever...
