Exactly. About 50 million times, all bullshit. This one is bullshit too. And why do they never give information about how, when, or where? What fucking good is a warning if they don't tell you the details? Wouldn't giving that information out make it that much harder for a successful attack? It's like issuing a nationwide tornado warning. Fucking useless.

The FBI did not announce that al Qaida has 18,000 members. That announcement was made by the International Institute of Strategic Studies (a think tank)...and is based upon estimations...which may or not be anywhere near correct.

When it does happen though, there should be 280 million people very pissed off he spent 80 Billion in Iraq instead of Intelligence.
But most will be too stupid to realise that, and as summed up by Warchild, want retaliation again with all the skill and planning of a boy trying to blindly swat a pinata.

The current US population is estimated to be more than 290 million and yes they will be very pissed off...but not at the President. I suspect that another major attack on the CONUS will insure the re-election of the President. I also suspect that multiple retalitory plans have already been made for a response to another major attack on the CONUS...and I suspect that if any of them are implemented the retaliation will be a severe history changing event.

Elli 05-26-2004 12:23 AM

According to WordNet:

terrorist

adj : characteristic of someone who employs terrorism (especially as a political weapon); "terrorist activity" n : a radical who employs terror as a political weapon

And from Webster's:

terrorism

\Ter"ror*ism\, n. [Cf. F. terrorisme.] The act of terrorizing, or state of being terrorized; a mode of government by terror or intimidation. --Jefferson.

So who is the terrorist, here? (And no, I'm not being redundant)

I'm amazed nothing has happened yet, tells me they are preparing for something big, most likely on a much bigger scale than 9/11. This country is to big to prevent all types of attacks and yet nothing has happened...what does that say.

Take this for what its worth, but a friend of mine who I have no doubt about her psychic abilities has told me that she has had visions of multi-city attacks being done simultaniously. Including many casinos in Vegas being completely destroyed (taking out one casino would equal the deaths of 9/11), and nuclear plants being hit, which would cause a hell of a lot more deaths than a nuclear weapon. She claims millions will be killed and the US will never be the same as a large portion of the population end up leaving the country. Pretty scary shit, hope she's wrong.
