No search function means people can't find old threads with useful info, hence post new threads asking for the same thing, hence making the board look busier, hence making GFY more valuable for Lensman and his advertizers.

Or, people migrate somewhere else.

I hate scrolling through pages of threads.

I bet if I asked admin to enable it they would say "Go Fuck Yourself"
