Question 1 now about email prograsm is:
Is this a single opt in, or a confirmed opt in? The rules regarding SEXUALY-EXPLICIT labeling do not apply to existing relationships or to messages requested by the receiver. If these are single opt in (not confirmed) type program, then the addresses certainly have a lower value. Although you could still spam pills and potions without issue. 1 year a long time to recoup initial investment in this business. Alex |
