Down under, hit me up it's not the hardware that was the issue it was a datacenter upgrade...unfortunately, this issue was out of our control. I will get yu a credit before you leave if you still choose to do so. However, after we have everyone back up there will be no further issues as the auto pdu switch upgrade is complete. Look, id like to make something clear.....
I have been very happy with webair.
This is the first time Ive had downtime. That i know of.
I would still recommend them, and have in the past.
I am also confident that this is rare incedent and i honestly dont see it happening anytime soon.
I was there during the northeast blackout last year and webairs servers remained online.
I cant help but get upset when my shit goes down for 6 hours though.Comment
