    Lets get even more honest... Out of the ppl who havent made more then 10 sales a day, how long have you been in biz? If its more then a few months, wtf are you doing here?

          I made the switch from mainstream to adult a month ago and haven't made a dime other than a few design bucks here and there. Still looking for my angle. Luckily the wife has a nice job lol...

                      I've never made over 10 new sales in a day. I've always averaged 5-6 new sales a day.

                      And I've been doing this for three years. I wish I made $10,500 a month... but Im not.

                              I have been in the biz for about 6months part-time. I have reached 11 sales in 1 day :- listed below

                              4 intensecash
                              1 little april
                              2 perfect gonzo
                              2 silvercash
                              2 tb (prehosted $55 w00t!)

                              Why dont i do this everyday ? Because I'm concentrating on studies, this is part-time. End of July I am going to work atleast 40hours a week, that is currently about 3 times the amount of hours i'm doing at the moment, hopefully 10/day will be my average I'm averaging 2-3/day.
                              I dont need a sig.

                                                                              Ok here is what I have been doing besides the little bit of design work I have done. I currently promote a couple of programs by doing gallery submissions. I use the content they provide with their programs and will either put it into one of their templates that they offer or I will make a gallery for it. I submit using Chameleon and I submit one gallery a day. I alternate between sponsors..I submit one on one day and another sponsors the next. I am just now starting to notice the traffic to the galleries picking up and I would imagine this is due to some tgp's having a wait to get listed. What am I doing wrong? I know it may sound like a simple thing to most of you but honestly I am new and am not too embarassed to admit that and ask for help. So...help.

                                                                                  If you are not making sign ups step back and look at what you're doing and try to analise what is right and what is wrong.

                                                                                  Firstly are you getting lised in good TGP sites?
                                                                                  Are you getting noticed enough on the sites?
                                                                                  Does your page arouse interest to see more?
                                                                                  When the traffic arrives, is it going to a place it likes?
                                                                                  Does the site that gets your traffic convert?

                                                                                  There are many ways to solve the same problem, knowing the problem is half the answer.

                                                                                  Look beyond all the freebies, offers, rates, etc. Some sponsors are giving more than others because they have to. A sponsor giving you nothing, $10 a SU and converting 1 :100 is better than one giving you everthing, $100 a SU and converting 1 :10,000

                                                                                  Look at the content you have, was it given, the cheapest you could find or something that will arouse the surfer interest to BUY more?

                                                                                  Look at the design, is it similar to the site it's aimed at? Showing the surfer a similar design to the sponsor site is more likely to convert. Do you have the right words on your TGP, a few well chosen words matching the sponsors site will help.

                                                                                                              you either need LOTS of regular (low-mid quality) traffic like TGP or Free site traffic or a steady stream of high quality (SE, PPC) traffic. (unless you're emailing, but thats a different story altogether).

                                                                                                              the first way takes many months of building and submitting, the second way can be done right way but takes great marketing strategy and some money to get the clicks flowing.

                                                                                                              i've broken 10 sales a day in the past =)

I was playing toplists pretty hard and had some decent traffic going through, but you closed a window, the second popped up, closed the second and the first popped up again...only way to close the windows was to click a link, and there were 10 links on each window....I made 51 sales that day....

                                                                                                                                                                  I'm not saying I never had a 10+ day before that, I had plenty of them, but I wasn't consistently doing that many joins.

                                                                                                                                                                  I think Headless is a little off base saying that if you're not doing 10+ a day, everyday, after a few months in the biz that you shouldn't be here.
