well does lens know that bro? maybe if he knew that his techs were not doing their job he would get new ones? I am sure lens is a busy man, but that should stop his staff from fixing holes that were noted.. i understand there are breaking points in which if the hole was reported and ignored, then you give them a little taste to force a fix, but you do tend to over due it at times..Originally posted by <¦>

In general bots are used for profit here , not for postcount like several well known long time users * cough cough.
Also services like bo[b]ar[b]dtracker.
These are easy to stop.
Most of them i guess haven't been used for profit ( so far ). But the serious ones have.
And thats besides to point. Its the other things i would be more concerned with, like lets say someone takes a program op's name and starts shit destroys rep etc.. Its easily possible right now.Comment

I said this before and i say it again, in the 4 years ive been surfing gfy i never seen any problem with security untill Smokey stopped by. He fucked up gfy more in 2 months than this board would normally be in 10 years. Smokey is the kind of person who walks into a supermartket, keeps on stealing stuff, keeps on warning them it is possible to steal but since its a sjupermarket they can never prevent this so eventually they would have to close down because of one person. When will you guys realize that people like Smokey can find holes in the script no matter what, now, in 10 years, in 100 years. Smokey isnt a solution, he is part of the problem. The only reason gfy needs more security is because....of Smokey. Why would give guy care about a board and how its run.
