Oh yes!! :-) There sure is - and it's not without trying that the US govt has been attempting to access it - but it's kinda outside their control - but that's another story.u honestly believe that there is any form of encryption out there that the government can not crack if they wanted too.

This happened a while back - the US did not like the idea of encryption and just locked the guy up till he gave em the code. It has nothing to do with "users".OK, why was he arrested, it's not illegal to make a p2p, just if the end users are abusing it the wrong way!
It was resolved when he agreed to give a code version for use within the US - the other version is stuck in a Swiss bank and I think the author no longer lives in US jurisdiction.
