Blah, you need a good programer/designer.... Your ideas are good but always jacked by half assed work....

On that note I wrote my on Thumbnail Rotator/Trade Script takes about 1.5/hrs to get a Thumnail TGP time is mostly do to making the logo and header text's.

God, I love you. So basically you want people to build your TGP's for free. Ohh, not for free they take their hardwork and get some of the extra traffic.

Or did I completely miss this boat?

How did you read all this into what I said? For free hardly. The tgps are already built and set up, they just need trades added and worked. They only have to work the trades, everything else is done. In return the tgps list ONLY thier galleries. They get feeder traffic from me to build them, they can "steal" traffic to feed their own tgps with. As long as the tgps grow they can do whatever they want with them within reason. I am considering just paying guys for the tgps performance. I am open to all ideas. I want it to be a win win for everyone.

id probably pay people, because the only people you are going to get otherwise is kids that dont know how to build tgps. I can set up a new TGP btw that looks 100x better then yours in 1.5hrs starting the TGP's isnt the hard part making them grow and be fruitful is. And the people that are good at this will jsut take the 2 extra hours and start their own TGP's and reap all the rewards...

I can make a TGP in 1 hour that looks 500 times better than my own, looks mean shit. My tgps look like crap but make money. That is what counts. 200k a day tgp uniques makes me well over $800 per day. I don't want good looking tgps or webmasters that think that good looking tgps make money. I am leaning towards paying the guys cash based on the tgps performance.. I understand and appreciate your input, but I can offer to pay them more than they would make building their own tgps. If I can pay webmasters more per day to run mine why would they start their own?
