if you rollerblade doing jumps over small things is a good way to get those abs showing if you have some nice ones under that body fat. rollerblading is a good sport that targest that part of the body and it's something fun instead of doing crunches all dayComment

Do inclined situps holding a 25lb weight in front of you; you'll have a six pack in a few weeks I'm not shitting you. Do it every day and eat right while exercising and you'll be on your way. The weight resistance will do the trick; just doing situps alone without resistance will take eons.#27024067Comment

Your diet has alot to do with it, you can work out everyday, do 60 min of cardio and 1000 crunches, but if your diet is shit then all that you have been doing won't mean a thing.
So, watch what you eat, make sure to do cardio to burn the fat and then work the muscle with a variety of crunches(you gotta work all the muscles for a six pack, not just the basic sit up)SIG TOO BIG! Yes it's true that abs have a lot of things to do with genetic.
I'm a bodybuilder myself and I can tell you that abs are mostly made in the kitchen you know why..
And if you want killer abs.. add weight on your abs exercices. It's not with sit ups that you will make nice abs.. because first if your bodyfat is more than 10-11% you could make 100 000 situps and it wouldn't change a freaking thing because you gotta lose the fat on your stomach first.
And to have a sixpack you gotta have motivation at your top and be serious.
No Beer (if you train and you drink you're just wasting your time) , no junk shit ...

It's not just one exercise or doing a lot of them (like 1000 crunches). Work your abs every day & alternate exercises. There are lots of different exercises to work different areas of your stomach. Pick up a couple of fitness magazines & get the pictures...too hard to explain.
The biggest thing is doing each one slowly & controlled...really working the muscle. Good luck!Comment
