Porn in Germany is restricted by penalty law to persons older as 18 years, § 184 StGB (that means penalty law). Unfortunately german courts are of the opinion, that german law is to be respected as long as an offer can be seen in germany. That wasn´t a problem before internet, of course.

You are right in all you write. However, there really is NOT a list of people on the German border and NOBODY would go to jail for owning a website displaying porn. Don't be afraid of that, please.
