You actually like verizon? For the past two years they have given me the run around on everything.
In fact instead of the phone I had, thier insurance company sent me a phone that is from 1996, and doesnt have the features I pay for. And I had to pay 45 dollars for it. WTF???
Sorry can't help ya out. I am switching to either sprint or nextel. -
actaully LOVE verizon. had nextel....if you travel much, there are areas that have NO service whatsoever. not just roaming...the damn thing will not even work. had sprint, was roaming the the drive way of my house, 2 blocks from the store i bought it...being free local call and having roaming charges varied as to what direction the wind was blowing that day...

I like Verizon too. Kicks ass over ATT wireless. I just got the LG camera phone and it is fun but pretty worthless for any pic you want to keep.Comment

Just go to a Verizon store. Tell them you've been offered xyz from an AT&T wireless store, but you'll stay with Verizon if they give you a good deal.
I got mine for free. It was $199. I bought it during a sale. Got $50 off. Then they gave me another $100 for being a long standing customer and continuing with them. And it had a $50 mfr. rebate as well.
Total cost = $0
