This site has probably the best tutorials I've ever found on the net. HeathRowe Designs The page loads kinda slow but the tutorials will help out tremendiously!!! His Pen Tool tutorial is hands down the best.
I also posted a bunch of Photoshop tutorials on my site: Photoshop Tutorials - A couple of the links are broken and I've been too lazy to update it. Good luck!
