Because cost of living here is so damn high. I have a 3 bedroom house 2 bathrooms and NO ocean view and my house is still worth $400,000.00. Southern California needs a good earthquake to get people to move the hell outta here and turn this into buyers market again. Well only if it meant my house wouldn't lose any value. But Karma would put the vault line right under my house and I would lose my ass!

California law makers are trying to step in and investigate whether or not the gas companies have been manipulating gas prices by implying a shortage. Hope they can drum up a scandal.

I drive from Melbourne, FL to Palm Coast, FL a few times a week.. That's a little over 100 miles. In Melbourne the price is about $1.90-95 in Palm Coast is about $2.00-2.05..

at least that was last week, could have went up again.

let's not forget if it wasn't for the taxes on gas it would be roughly .35 cents a gallon cheaper.

Right now we have to pay 1.44$ for liter of gas here in Denmark Europe and it has been like that for almost 2 years! It REALLY SUCKS especially when I drive my 1980 Vette I imported from the US three years ago!

They jack up prices on EVERYTHING here in LA. I'm so sick of it and ready to bail.

Hell parking tickets are $47 and double if you don't pay them in time (21 days). I get mystery parking tickets every year when I pay my car registration. Tickets I never even fucking saw or received notice in the mail.

Because we live in a old fishing community where they have the old pumps that can't go over $1.00 hehe they have to have it at 99.9 cents a liter(regular) until they get the new pumps installed but supreme is $1.08 A liter and thats all I put in our summer car. Guess it won't get taken out for many drives this summer.
