Anyone else sick of Epoch/Paycom Shitty Tech Support ?

How many times must I ask them for help!

3rd request for help in 5 days, and they still
have not replied back to any of my emails.

There support gets worse by year.

I have been using them since 1998.

i feel bad for you - waiting and waiting for support SUCKS.

that being said, i've never had that problem from epoch. also when things are urgent, i've had good phone support.

have you tried calling?

They were bad to start and just got worse.. in my experience.

The top management people seem alright, but the people they have answering the phones.. ugh./
