Anyone else sick of Epoch/Paycom Shitty Tech Support ?
How many times must I ask them for help!
3rd request for help in 5 days, and they still have not replied back to any of my emails. There support gets worse by year. I have been using them since 1998.  |

i feel bad for you - waiting and waiting for support SUCKS.
that being said, i've never had that problem from epoch. also when things are urgent, i've had good phone support. have you tried calling?
