Today NetPiddler wants to put together a collective "webmaster wish list"

What could you use to help you in your role as a webmaster?
What is the biggest thing holding you back as a webmaster?
What handy gadget, tool, or work habit HAS helped you as a webmaster?
What are you most concerned with as a webmaster?

These questions and more will be addressed today. More than likely everyone has a few tricks of their own that others can benefit from. Almost always something one person needs another also needs but neither thought to bring it up to those that might fill that need. =)

Let's pull out all the stops, nothing is too outrageous or simple. Help me put together this wish list today and let's see if we can't grant some wishes... =)
