Thumbs up to Paul Markham (again)
Every time I mess up, Paul Markham comes to rescue:
- I've lost all my content in the past, contacted Paul and 2 minutes later I could download all sets again. - Today I bought content I already had, contacted Paul and in no time he replaced the double content. I'm only a small client but he threads me like I'm MarcDe or BradShaw himself.
