Okay you have a domain - its generic and flippin people expect YOU to tell them what they should offer for it?

if you don't know its value don't buy it ...
if you don't know how to research "type-in" traffic dont buy it ...
if you don't know how to manipulate Alexa or Google "stats" dont buy it ...
It's like this ...
I have a client with a very generic one word domain. The profit per sale for this new client is $1500. He gets 1-2 website initiated sales a month which compliments his real world LOCAL marketing efforts.
So if you don't understand that it only takes ONE SALE A MONTH from ONE TYPE-IN traffic to potentially value a domain into the many thousands then maybe you should shut the 'puter off and go outside into the real sales world.
