We use the Hnery Ford principle
 We have team members each specializing in their own field, 3d, illustrator, photoshop, flash, active script, php, java.script etc.. that makes it much easier

there are ways to streamline a site of that size, includes, common elements, etc. will make life easier down the road too ;)
