a friend of mine tried it a few years back and his sweat turned bright orange, that is the pit stains on his white shirts after a workout...that's all I have to say about that.

Your friend most likely took it incorrectly.

In my loading phase I take 20mg w/ apple juice through out the day, before I work out.

I took it and definitely broke thru and gained more muscle mass (I was stalled in my development) but when I quit working out heavily and quit taking it I suddenly couldn't keep my waistline under control.

It'll help you gain mass, but imho it changes your metabolism permanently. I have to work out like a madman just to stay in shape.
