Is there any way to disable the 18+ warning surfers get when sending to search results from a site that already has passed through one?

Unfortunately, no . Legal department makes the rules. ;)

Good question! The good news is that we tested the
effects of putting up the "over 18 warning" extensively
prior to going 100% over six months ago. We found
to our surprise that there was no change at all to the
signup rate. As most adult webmasters would agree,
it is important to balance adult content and providing
ways to address our more "sensitive" visitors.

That being said, it might be possible to remove the "over 18
warning" for affiliates who promote our sites within
their paid sites (e.g., after the visitor has clicked through
another "over 18 warning").
