Do not take them. i always think i am missing out on something when i sleep during the day...my boss is a big fan of the cat naps. He would rather any of us take a quick nap to refresh the mind then have us be lathargic and useless all day!

When your raising a child, you have to put in a lot of time into caring for him/her, so it only makes sense for you to align your sleeping schedule to your baby's
