Obviously running cc numbers through.
After paying the webmaster for the join and then the chargeback fees from the biller a sponsor could be out hundreds of dollars and risk losing processing.
I bet he is a mailer and/or has a Russian name - (no offense to legitimate Russian webmasters out there)

obviously you can't keep paying a person sending 75% cb's, and unless we're talking about a VERY small number of sales, something is wrong.

if you had 75% chargrback with one affiliate I would think you already had or were about to lose your Visa processing.
if you ever have an affiliate like that you have to cut them loose or you will go down for sure.Comment
