You got decent broadband connections there?I got a mate who lifes in moscow,nice city but he only got 56k which has serious instability problems (disconnects like every 5min).

I dont know about some of those states but in Tennessee the get away with no income tax because their sales tax is OUTRAGEOUS.

As I said before, I'm looking for a place with warm climate and where I can get by with English (not tourist style, like a resident)
