i lost 13 pds in the past 32 days :thumbsup but now i have to a lot of excersising to tone everything back up. :(

I did the Atkins thing before the Vegas convention and lost 40lbs. But I kinda cheated through Christmas and New Years and gained about 15lbs back :( I started the diet a few weeks ago and lost 10 lbs as of the first week and half. Haven't checked it since, will probably weigh myself in another day two.

Atkins :)

I'm not going all out though. I believe in fruit and the odd bit of ketchup. But I COMPLETELY cut out pop and bread, potatoes, rice etc.

Cutting out those starchy carbs IS the key to a successful diet.
And I think anyone that has been on the Atkins diet any amount of time always tailors it around themselves so that they stay on the diet without cheating too much.

And you can stay on the diet without going heavy into high fat foods also! You just need to be a tad creative in how you prepare your foods as well as what you actually eat.

That's fantastic Brad!

I've gone down 4 jeans sizes since being on Atkins and I love it - I do occasionaly eat something carby but it never tastes as good as I think it will.
