Time Management Software
Does anyone use any kind of time management program? I have a ton of things to do every day and I think maybe having a program to manage my daily tasks and track my time would help me get things done in a timely manner. If you know of anything, I would greatly appreciate a recommendation.

Try This
Palm Desktop Software is free and it kicks ass ![]() I discovered it a few years back when I bought a Palm Pilot. I don't use it anymore but I still use the Palm software on my desktop - works great. |

1 hour - Update sites. 4 hours - X project. 2 hours - Y project. and then alert me when I have spent the allotted time for the task for the day. Can it do that by any chance?

http://www.spudcity.com/traxtime/traxtime.htm It lets you enter a list of tasks and punch in and out of the individual tasks and tracks the time spent on each one. I already use TrayClip from http://www.chtsoft.com which has a built in countdown timer (as well as keeping multiple items in your clipboard, check it out if you copy & paste a lot). The combo of the two programs will suit me for now. It isn't the ideal solution but it's the best I have been able to come up with.

We at Codepushers.com are working on a bran new Time Management System, which among other things will include features to interact directly with desktop programs like photoshop or other programs - to give more precise time schedules and more.
Coming soon on Codepushers.com |

-Set a task to be done daily, only weekdays, once, or a given date range. -Track time spent on tasks so I can accurately bill clients (punch in/out). -Alert me when I have spent the allotted time on a given task. It doesn't need anything fancy like graphing functions, etc.
