I hear you on that. It's just that some posts of yours and from a few others seemed to suggest that the guy is some sort of nice guy, that's all. A few posters outright defended the guy and his character, and frankly I am quite amazed every time I see that happening.

As far as I'm concerned, the guy is a scumbag. There are much better things to be doing with one's time than fucking with people's browsers and looking for exploits on this or any other industry forum. I can only think of a few people that deserve a slap upside the head more than smockey does.

i tried putting http://stats.ars4real.com/wmref/load...=but&a=1020155 into notlong to make a subdomain, but it said that URL is not permitted...

Looks like notlong just banned ARS url's... i just setup a subdomain redirection on my own server, we'll see how it works when the DNS updates.

I setup my own subdomain and redirect... it's not showing up for me, but im getting impressions so im guessing my DNS just hasn't updated (it's only been about an hour and a half).

Btw, ARS doesnt allow the full banners to be used in sigs.

yes mine is, http://stats.ars4real.com/wmref/ban/72547/ is the code i'm using. I just wrote it, you'll have to login to ars4real http://stats.ars4real.com/links.php and generate the code at the bottom of the stats page.

If you do not generate the code the dir for your image will not be created with the symlinks it needs.

regardless, i agree 100% that html did not need to be banned, and i don't think the blame falls squarely on your shoulders for it.

Not entirely true , but i never claimed anything different. Guess how many other people talked to amp hoax about me.. LOL more than they would like to remember.. Lensman lifted hoax's bans anyways and the other one was eric anyways... he didnt know any better. amp was warned. Im not here for kudo's , im here for the same reason everyone else is.. BUT when i see people taking advantage of gfy for PROFIT. I will step in and let EVERYONE know the problems.. When tcg was raping gfy i got flash banned , when battuss and his bum buddies were Justifying GFY i got parse fixed . Right now there are several exploits being used for PROFIT on gfy, so i stepped in and mentioned it.. Gee what a crime.

I never claimed to be an angel, if i did all the work for them i might as well just be working for them, and as i have mentioned i don't have the time. ( no matter what the $$ ) So i show them in strange ways because thats the way i work. I spent 3 days building a complex collection of code in the 3 empty forums, and lensman cut it , because some dill hole thought it had something to do with gfy errors and he didn't know any better.

What does make me better than most , is the simple fact that , with all the shit talking that goes on about me, if i were really the menace people make me out to be, i would have already pulled the plug on gfy and i dont/wont because i have ethics..
