Notepad, Frontpage. I was never a Dreamweaver fan. I used it for a while at an office I used to work at.

I use four - they all offer small facilities that make them handy - NoteTab, UltraEdit, TextPad and Dreamwearver.

DW - excellent for base design - some text blocking/sorting in UE is handy - the best "programable editor" has got to be NoteTabPro - I've written routines in that which save literally days! :winkwink:

I don't think anything can touch Homesite. If only they'd done a better job of fixing the damn memory leak problems it would be a perfect program.

i do everything from scratch in notepad, and usally if its on my server and i dont wanna download the code i just use pico or vi.
