Cure for Sore Feet
Anyone got any ideas - my poor tootsies are killing me
 My b/f took me out for lunch today at a local pub, we got there and it was closed for food I'd gone out dressed casually in jeans and a white denim shirt with a pair of *very* high heeled boots to set it off, we ended up at the coast and walked and walked and bloody walked, I walk just fine in heels but these are really thin on the bottom so the 'balls' of my feet are sooooo sore, I've rubbed in some soft vanilla cream but it's not helping - any ideas ps he's already asleep so please don't suggest a creamy foot job

If you have problem feet,get one of those little whirlpool tubs made for feet...They look so comforting..or smack boyfriend upside the head and tell him to massage them

sit a tennis ball on the floor - put your foot on it - use some of your weight to bear down on the ball and just roll it back and forth - it's a wonderful stretch for tired feet

Hot salted water, leave to soak then dry and put some witchhazel on them, that will do it.
