Personally I think freehosted galleries are shit for the same reason as this thread....People don't get it....listing every gallery on one page is just dumb.....No need to even explain why.

I can see having them all in a database and rotate them but on one page, geez....

They will end up just like any other content.

Closing the sales happen when ya give people somthing new.
So ya give a whole site of over 10K pics it really does not matter.

1. If bandwidth is so cheap, why aren;t you buildingand hosting your own galleries? The results will be better anyways and you can control the ads.

2. Sure, you give the surfer a chance to buy by showing them a couple ads, but why give them all ths galleries in one spot? Why not 4 or 5 per day rotated. If the surfer knows more and more and more galleries are coming, he's going to lose some incentive to join NOW (porn is an impulse buy) and will just keep waiting around for the new galleries...only in this case, they won't even have to wait, they can get them all in one shot.

I disagree with the waay Triplex handled this, but I hate to see people list all of the galleries on one page like this and then complain about poor conversions...

The only SE traffic those pages will get is people looking for "Free College Fuck Fest galleries". These surfers already know the site exists, have seen some free content and are trying to find full videos from the site for free.

Eventually, they will see all the preview galleries and have to give up and buy a membership. Have you ever surfed a MGP? Thousands of 10 second clips. All they do is make you insane after a while...you want to see a full movie...you'll do anything to see a full movie...even pull out your credit card.

I speak from experience, whenever I surfer MGP site I end up going on Ebay and buying 30 or 40 new porn dvds for personal use...heh.
