...where they only attack the SYMPTOM and NOT the PROBLEM:
the source or production. To stop production they would actually have to do real Investigative work.

This method just gives them more invasion of privacy and they can arrest you for downloading or having on your PC, ANYTHING they deem to be offensive or suspect in THEIR OPINION...(Mike Jones case for example)

And pay attention to their continued attempt to portray "Porn" and "Child P" the SAME THING.

The other day I got some spam for C/P and did a whois. Found they were hosting with the same company as I was.

Well i hope this is a good thing. It always scares me a bit when they do p2p monitoring like this, but expected.

What freaks me out a bit , is that, Who here hasn't stumbled upon cp either on the net or on kazaa at some point or another. Perhaps it could be interpreted as viewing or downloading to the courts..

Heres a PERFECT example.. A few months ago i was downloading the movie SHREK off of kazaa. Im on a fast ass connection , and after the download was complete , a few people downloaded it off me. When i went to watch the movie later, it turned out to be a hardcore cp movie.

Technically i downloaded cp and also distributed it as well.

Now we are assuming that the cops are smart enough to figure this out as well, but then again.....
