Does anyone know a good quick way of creating the star effect commonly used over breasts or genitals?

Yes this isnt for hardcore, its softcore, but you are right its a perfect effect for hardcore...so does anyone have a clue?SIG TOO BIG! Do a search on google for photoshop star brushes. You can take a sparkle or star brush and use that, and if you want the really cool glowing effect, create a new layer, draw your star on that layer with the star brush of choice and then add an outer glow.
