I used to run with adultbouncer but they're become quite insane with their DRM system that doesn't really work.

Anyone know of any good ones?

FreeAgeCard is alright, but I dont like their hahahahahahahahahaha login. If you email them you can get an html version, but its not offered anywhere on their site unless it recently was added. Some firewalls block out the java login and that can hurt conversions.
