![]() I did my first withdrawl from them OVER TWO WEEKS AGO, and TODAY i get this email:
___________________________ Dear Madam, We are writing to you with regards to your bank wire withdrawal, you have recently requested from your moneybookers account. We would like to inform you that the payment was returned by your bank to our bank account with the following comment: QUOTE: ------------------------------------------------- UNABLE TO LOCATE BENEFICIARY AT M+I BANK BY NAME OR ACCOUNT GIVEN ------------------------------------------------- UNQUOTE Please, be kindly asked to check your bank details with your bank, resubmit them to your moneybookers account profile and request a new withdrawal. Sincerely, The moneybookers.com team ___________________________________ BUT, they were able to TAKE OUT a $2 FEE FROM THE SAME CHECKING ACCOUNT #!!!!! Funny how it took 24 hours to TAKE money from me, but over TWO WEEKS to tell me that my "bank account was unable to be located"! So, i withdrew a check (which i hear takes up to 3 weeks for US residents.) AND they charged me ANOTHER $4 fee for that!! FUCK MONEYBOOKERS!!! ![]() |

Do a charge on your bank debit card and watch the money be removed from your account in seconds but issue a refund at the same counter 5 minutes later and it takes 3-4 days before the money is returned to your account. BANKS SUCK!!!!!!!!!! |

and what if i was trying to withdrawl $10? i would get $4 of my money back?? thats fucked up. for you to think that i , or anyone else, would give a shit about $4 is just plain ignorance. and if all you saw in my post was about missing a couple bucks, then you need to read posts more closely and figure out why someone would be pissed off with the whole situation at hand. ![]() |

I also hate moneybookers!
I have to say that as a person from the UK, I am aware that you can report this to the FSA (Financial Services Authority) this is the regulatory body for the UK banking sector, if you see moneybookers are registered with the organisation. Reporting them and subsequent finding them guilty can result in massive fines on the company. I would suggest following this course of action and reporting your findings on the board, it is important to keep your fellow webmaster in the loop about unscrupulous companies!
