I use the ARS dialer quite successfully.

Has about the highest rates per minute.. give or take a few cents, and you know you dont have to worry about getting paid.

How have you been using them in the past?

There are some methods and tricks to make them work for you and such

Yeah, I made a killing off of them for about 2 years. They turned to squat so I stopped promoting them. Yeah, I'm working on getting set up with a company as we speak..
The traffic I've pushed to it in the last couple of days has done nothing. Maybe when I get all my links setup for the different languages..
