Christian Malone is the one that contracted us to build a truckload of banners for him.. for his site, Adultbrowser, and after that I found out we weren't the only ones that were scammed on this, there were several other designers that he did the same thing to.

of course, he never paid for them, and used them for a long time.. so ya.. I'd say that was one of his aliases.. one of many

You know tia im not 100% sure. BUT him having a domain with your name i think could lead you into legal action agaist him if he uses it in the wrong way..

"someone" called child protective services on me...luckily I have a friend in the Henderson Police Department who let me know about the call and the fact the person who called them had an old address for me (I hadn't had a chance to update my new info with my domian provider yet so assume that address came from whois info on a couple of my domains).

Verrry interesting...Dave you threatened people you "don't like" with turning them in. Hmmmm, wonder who could have done this? Without proof (damn privacy laws), I won't openly accuse you, but let's just say you're under a cloud of suspicion since you threatened to turn people in you don't like and it's been well hahahahahahahahaed the hatred we have for each other.

Luckily for me, I keep everything in my business very clean so really had nothing to fear beyond the inconvenience and annoyance.

yup, according to my attorney, I can't really do anything and I have no concrete proof of who it was that called. CPS didn't seem overly concerned as they said the caller stammered when he spoke, wouldn't give a name, etc. but of course they did their job (which I'd never fault them for, suspected child abuse/neglect is a very serious issue) and contacted me, etc. So I'm not pissed at them for doing their job, but am highly pissed at whoever called in the first place.

Everyone who knows me knows that my kids are everything to me. If not for them, I might have put a bullet through my brain long ago. I take being a parent very seriously. I get involved in their schools, help with their studies, even play games with them and their friends and try to be the best father I can be (and, hey, sometimes I'm not perfect at it either, but I sure as fuck try).

anyways, I have relatives in twon visiting, so heading out for lunch and will be back after I calm down a little...
