If you are using alot of hosted galleries (or not) then look at TGP Daemon. We have 2 versions... single domain $25, multidomain $65. The multidomain script is powerful enough to gen 100s of TGPs and all of your galleries and is completely template based. It also has a built in rotator for all of the galleries. Another great feature is that the pages can look anyway you like.
