It's free web cache.
If you have large files (over 5 megs) that you want to serve for free, you can have freecache serve them... not sure how hip they'll be to serving adult files though. |

Its really slow because the # of distribution points is very low and this is not a popular project. Probably never will because I dont want to host other people's content for free! So I think they'll be alright (the hosting companies that is
