Eat lots of shrimp and other foods rich in seratonin. This will contribute in a positive way to your brain's chemical balance Good diet can contribute as much as medication to such conditions. Be glad you know what's going on though, now you can deal with it and conquor!

Good luck man.

One of the greatest poets of the 20th century struggled with bipolar disorder. If you haven't read any sylvia plath, i recommend it to you. I could not have made it through my youth without her.

I have BPD and BiPolar

The Bipolar to be honest is not a real problem any more, u just need to be able to get a handle on it. Read as much as u can about it, knowledge is power.

Also remeber that Bipolar affects/affected some of the most brilliant and powerful people in the world. Never use your BP as an excuse for not doing something, u will probably do it better BECAUSE of your BP.

Good luck

Don't worry about it man. There's no stigma associated to mental health these days. It's a sickness, a treatable diesase. Anyone who thinks otherwise is closeminded and not with the times.

Keep you chin up. Quick question for you though...did you fuck around with "X" in the past?

i did so much x and there is no doubt i regret it now

i leaped way beyond the biweekly, recreational use - i used to do about 4-5 pills at a time regularly - the entire month of november 2000 i rolled every day that month - i even ate thanksgiving dinner rolling balls

i havent really wanted to come to terms with the fact that my excessive ecstasy usage probably prompted my brain to turn into a mushy puddle of shit, however looking back on before i even used it though i exhibited some early signs of bp/depression/whatever

i think if i would have kept that shit in check though i probably wouldnt be in the dire mental stress that i am now

Same here man. A ten pack was a Friday to Sunday party for me. It took me a while to come to grips with it as well. Before we took drugs to escape reality...now're were forced to use them to live in reality. And fuck, wouldn't you know...the ones meds from the Pharmacy are a heck of a lot more expensive.

My lows aren't so low these days, and my manic episodes just make me look like a workaholic. Give your scripts some time to kick in and you'll be back on track.

rock the fuck on

i just feel like i'm handicapped in some way, even though i know deep down that there has been a lot of good that comes from the way i process information and constantly grind and think.

fuck it though everyone needs something to define them
this is fun enough

When I was little, school taught us drugs were bad. Thats all the convincing I ever needed to keep me from trying them.
