i use epassporte for www.advhost.biz and for www.finbill.com
sometime after you blocked my account and didnt answer to my emails. at least even if i violate your rules and didnt tell you about finbill you can close my account but must refund me my money becouse its didnt fraudulent or stolen

Money that does not belong in the system is credited back out of it the way it came in.
