As porn promoters, do you believe this to be true?

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4873026/

"Pulling the plug
And, a word to the wise -- one-quarter of divorced respondents say online porn or chat contributed to their split."

If that's the case they already had much worse problems than internet porn.

I know a girl who doesn't allow her man to look at porn online, because she is a bit overweight and insecure, its ridiculous.

Who knows, but obviously there are other underlying problems with these people's relationships.

Sure it's easy to blame it on the internet, but if there was no internet their others would have probably just been trolling the strip clubs and would then, the strip clubs would be blamed more than they are now.

Take away strip clubs and they'll frequent hookers, and they'll be blamed. Take away the hookers and Farmer Vincent's sheep might be next....

People will always blame something / someone else rather than acknowledge their own shortcomins...

If you blamed your recent divorce on your partner's cybersex habits, wouldn't you WANT to answer a survey that let you "spread the word" about the evils of cybersex?

They didn't say how many of their respondents were divorced, as a percentage.

Also, they didn't say if the cybersex contributed to their split in a good way or a bad way. It could have helped someone get the self confidence to leave their spouse, or it could have lured their spouse away, depending on the point of view of the survey respondent.

this sorta thing has gone on for centuries, it's just easier to find someone else through the Internet. Online porn is not responsible for any damage. Free will, curiosity, need for change is what causes breakups.

people in the media are so fucked in the head most times, and they loose grip of what's fact and what's fiction.

It's all AOL's fault.
