that has strong hand coding skills, familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and W3C compliance issues as well as a very strong eye for detail.

Part time, pays per project or hourly. We have about 6 sites to do ATM.
This IS NOT a design job. Person will work with our team of in-house designers. |
