COMMUNICATION: It's what makes or breaks a good business deal.
I no longer do biz via ICQ, not even email anymore.
This is why we spent time developing a killer order form for http://www.eroswebmaster.com It has saved me time, and frustration as I know almost exactly what each customer needs. While some at first think it's a hassle everyone is happy with the finished product. I spent too much time wallowing around in icq history, emails etc to find that one piece of information that could have turned a great experience into an otherwise frustrating one. So what's the point? Figure out a better way to communicate with whoever you're doing business with when ordering special services or just be prepared for the hassle. |
