I quit drinking a week ago.. I feel funny, I have all this extra energy and stuff

Yeah I usually only drink on Fri, Sat but it still makes me lag. My work out schedule has been alot easier minus the alcohol.

Good job beergod .. I had a friend that quit in Jan, his life has done a complete 180 for the better and he's much happier.. he wasnt an alcoholic .. just a weekend binge drinker ..

I have not had a drop in well over a year.........no pot or blow either. I am amazed at the difference it has made in my life. No sickdays. Up in the morning, gym, eating properly. It is the best thing i ever did. Sucked at first, but sure did get better!
