Best site to mass submit your site to all the search engines

I know of http://tools.addme.com/servlet/s0new, but it asks for too much info when you want to submit your site to be crawled by a bunch of search engines. This one submits to 14 search engines. Is there a better one?

Why submit at all? Put a link on an indexed page and there you go.

I had heard submitting decreases the amount of time before your site is crawled by search engine (they find out about it faster). Is this true?

I think it's the reverse, it will take longer.
I usually just add a link and comment on my pr5 blog, and the site gets indexed the same week.

You would have to ask an SEO expert, but by what I heard, Google and Yahoo like to find the links with there spiders. Makes the site more relevant.

That would make sence...so if that is true, then should you let the bigger SE find your site themselves, and hand submit your site to the smaller SE's?
