$3800 a month for a 3 bedroom flat in Russian Hill. This is one of the most expensive areas of SF. Here's a pic of my desk, and view out my hahahahahaha.
Thats so damn expensive....Ive been looking into a few Ocean Front apartments down in Fort Lauderdale, Flordia and they're only running about $1100/month.

Looks like a great day in The City. I love the construction of the old homes there. Amazing workmanship and detail in everything. . . from the molding on the floors, to the ceilings and even handrails on the stairs.
Everything was done by hand, and is obvious even to the untrained eye.
Hard to find a room that has just 4 walls, except maybe a bathroom.

haha, thats funny that i get credited for something like that
but in any case, congrads on your success dude !! and nice place u got there.
If you gonna keep paying $3k a month for rental, consider buying property.
russian hill is probably the most romantic part of the city and might be one of the most beautiful spots in the world. it is so fantastic you have to pinch yourself to know you aren't living in a dream.
at night, you can open the hahahahahahas and hear the fog horns, and smell the ocean, and think about all the ships coming into the bay from all over the world. you turn one way and see coit tower, turn the other way and see the golden gate bridge.
a few blocks away you are in chinatown---a completely different culture, and some of the best restaurants in the world.
yeah the city is fucking amazing. im moving there from the east bay on june 1st, the apartment im moving to isnt quite that nice, but has some nice views. top story also, ill post pics at some point

Because The City deserves more respect than that. I don't know, I was born there, have not lived there for longer than you have been on this earth probably, but I still consider it my home away from home, and consider it a priviledge to be able to say I was born there.

I will be buying some property shortly. Hey, hit me up on AIM. I don't know your new screenname.

i moved out to vegas from daly city, right outside sf... san jose and alemany (not the best area)

Fish and chips must be wrapped in newspaper and served with Guinness . . . . my favorite place is Edinburgh Castle on Geary . . . . I have been known to drive from LA to SF just for dinner there, and drive back afterwards.
Funny about the Mexican food though. My daughter was in NYC last weekend and said she ran across someplace in the village (I think) that boasted about "authentic San Franciscan Mexican food." She could not ever remember even seeing a Mexican restaurant in The City (I can only remember eating at one on Geary)
She works with several Mexicans and asked them about SF and Mexican food, and they all said it was the best Mexican food in all of California! I guess I have been oblivious to it for 50 years.
So, someone please, what are some good Mexican food places in SF as my son and I are planning on a road trip up there soon in search of food.
