Let's talk paysite pricing strategies

Do you think that there is a price that is too low? For example, do you think that people would rather pay $15 as opposed to $10, not because they have money to throw around, but because maybe in their minds if they see a higher price they think they will be getting higher quality? For example, I wouldn't buy a pair of Gucci loafers for $100, because I would think that the price is too low and they might be crap. So, do you think that maybe a higher price is better, because in the mind of the surfer they think it means better quality?

no, I don't think so... I think they're just buying your design.. and samples.... the better they will be - the better conversion will be... the cheaper it will be - the better conversion will be....

I do think that a price can be too low. People automaticly think more expensive is better. I had a site that I was charging twenty dollars per month . I bumped the price to twenty-five and saw a decent increase in sales.

fuck em.. I charge 29.95$ no trial and this works out best for me. Rebilling isn't what it used to be. If you got someone to rebill more than 3 months you're lucky.
